These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agent Anything website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by amotivv, inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Anything is an AI operations platform that provides private AI assistants, a consent-gated shared memory environment, and governed AI agents that produce verifiable evidence of their actions. The Service is designed for organizations and teams that need useful AI with trustworthy governance.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the availability of features, databases, or content. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

  • Use the Service to process or store sensitive health information, financial account credentials, or other regulated data without a written agreement that expressly permits such use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of amotivv, inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials that you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

If you choose to access or use the Service in connection with confidential or proprietary information of your organization, you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with your organization's policies and any applicable contractual or legal obligations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless amotivv, inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
