The policy boundary.
Attexa Verified Actions evaluates every consequential action an agent proposes before it runs. Three outcomes, always explicit.
Policy lets the agent proceed. The action runs and evidence is written.
A named authority approves first. The agent waits; the approver is recorded on the receipt.
No policy permits it. The agent does not run it. The denial and the rule that caught it are recorded.
The evidence layer.
Attexa Witness writes a signed, tamper-evident record for every consequential action at the moment it happens: creating or changing an agent, running a job, calling a connected system, writing to shared memory, or granting access. Records chain together, so removing or altering one is detectable.
For workspace admins: the audit view.
Admins get Activity & events, the governance ledger as a searchable table. Each row is one signed receipt: time, actor, event, receipt id, and result. Covers fleet changes, identity, memory, policy decisions, and job outcomes. Export as a file. Message text never appears here.

Every consequential action passes through one place where policy is checked, credentials are handled, a human can be brought in when needed, and a signed receipt is produced.
