Agent Anything turns a partner's expertise into a client's working agent

In late 2024, while building Memory Box, we started exploring an idea we called a Memory Pack.

The idea was to package the knowledge developed through human-AI collaboration so another person or AI could continue from it. Not just the output, but the conversation, decisions, working methods, files, and enough context to understand how everything fit together.

This was before persistent AI memory was widely available and before Agent Skills became a common primitive. We believed there was something bigger here: knowledge created through work should be portable, reusable, and eventually shareable between people, agents, and organizations.

We took that idea pretty far. It became part of our Synthesis marketplace thesis and the idea of a Knowledge Commons. A lot of that thinking eventually became groundwork for Agent Anything.

Now we're seeing partners put it into practice.

BlockWyre has spent months developing expertise inside its own agents, refining them through real work, and is now using Agent Anything to carry that expertise into entirely separate client environments.

BlockWyre Agentic Labs is where that idea becomes an operating model.

BlockWyre built the program with amotivv to give payments companies their own purpose-built agents inside separate, branded environments. BlockWyre brings the payments expertise, the working agent designs, the client relationships, and the support. Agent Anything provides the platform underneath.

The first deployment started with compliance. BlockWyre had already spent months shaping AI agents around its own compliance knowledge and working processes. The goal was to package that expertise and make it available to partners and clients through working AI agents, inside an environment with the security, auditability, and governance required to use them in real business operations.

Agent Anything gives BlockWyre a way to package working expertise and deploy it again for each client, without carrying over private memory or forcing everyone into the same environment.

That is the Memory Pack idea, matured into an operating model. Expertise developed through human-AI work can become something an organization keeps refining, carries forward, and deploys again.

And that is the marketplace thesis too. Not just a marketplace of prompts or generic agents and skills, but a marketplace where partners like BlockWyre can make proven expertise available as governed, deployable agentic capability.
