Agent Anything knows Missive

Missive is the shared inbox and team email tool our team runs on. Every thread, assignment, and internal comment lives in one place instead of scattered across personal inboxes, so the whole team can see and act on the same conversations.

Missive also ships a native AI assistant. We wired that assistant to our organization's OpenAI account, then gave it two more capabilities by connecting it to Agent Anything as MCP servers, right from each person's own Account settings:

• The Agent Anything Bridge, so a prompt like "summarize and post to Thinktank" can turn an email thread into a shared, attributed note the whole team can recall later, still previewed before anything publishes.
• A personal Memory Box key, so a prompt like "save summary to Memory Box" can tuck a private note into that person's own memory, for their own assistant to draw on later.

Nothing about how the team uses Missive had to change. The assistant is already sitting in the inbox, and now it has somewhere useful to put what it reads: durable team knowledge in the Thinktank, or a private note in your own memory, whichever the moment calls for.

That is the idea behind this whole series. Agent Anything is not one more app to check. It is a memory layer that shows up inside the tools people already use, so insight from an email thread, a document, or a call transcript ends up somewhere the team can find it again, instead of disappearing the moment the tab closes.
